What we collect
When online enquiries are connected, the contact form sends your name, company, work email, optional telephone number and any campaign tags in the page address. It also sends a request reference and privacy-notice acknowledgement to prevent duplicate submissions and record the notice shown. Messages cannot currently be delivered through the form. While the form is marked not live, your enquiry details are not sent or stored. We also process limited technical data needed to deliver the site securely.
For connected enquiries, request-volume protection uses keyed fingerprints of the requesting IP address and request reference, with bounded attempt timestamps. Raw IP addresses and enquiry contents are not stored in these protection counters. Counters expire after 23 hours; an hourly deletion task targets removal within 24 hours while the service is operating. A service outage can delay deletion. This protection is not used for advertising or visitor tracking.
